PROPOSAL
A potential author submits his or her book proposal to our publishing team. Consider the following:
What you want your book to be, to say, to accomplish?
How will your book differ from others that have been written?
Who is the intended audience?
How will your book be organized?
How long do you anticipate the manuscript to be? Words and pages?
When do you expect to complete the first draft?
Include a tentative Table of Contents, sub-headings, and a sample chapter (or partial chapter)
CONTRIBUTION
Does your proposal tell a unique story, offer practical strategies and solutions, and make a distinct contribution to the field of education?
RESPONSE
After reviewing, our team will decide whether to move forward and discuss offering a contract for publishing the book— only a limited number will make it through this stage.
REVISION
If the proposal is selected for publication, the author will make revisions based on editorial feedback and finalize a draft in collaboration with ConnectEDD Publishing.
SECOND REVISION
The completed draft may also be submitted to peer educators for another round of feedback.
FINAL DRAFT
The author submits a final draft, incorporating feedback to ensure the content is relevant, practical and inspiring to all educators.
