Jimmy Casas

Jimmy Casas has been an educator for over 30 years, serving 22 years as a school leader. In 2016, he founded J Casas & Associates, an educational leadership company aimed at supporting teachers, principals, and superintendents in school districts across the country by providing high-quality, practical, and meaningful coaching support

In 2020, he co-founded ConnectEDD Publishing to provide books and resources consisting of practical information on a wide variety of teaching, learning, and leadership topics. More importantly, he wanted to inspire a generation of educators to share their stories with the world and make their dreams of becoming published authors come true.

Jimmy is the author of ten books, including the award-winning book, Culturize: Every Student. Every Day. Whatever it Takes., which has sold over 300,000 copies to date.  

During his downtime, Jimmy loves to travel, explore beautiful places, eat amazing food, hike, golf, and hang out with family and friends. He is the father of three beautiful children, Alexio, Miraya, and Marisa, and currently lives in PA with his wife Kheila.
